We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as we need it, and never sell it. This policy explains what that means in practice.
Who we are
Ondine Laboratoires SAS, 12 Quai de la Douane, 29200 Brest, France, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect
Details you give us: your name, email address and, if you choose, a phone number, when you send an enquiry, book a consultation or subscribe to our letters.
Consultation notes: skin type, concerns and the products we recommend, recorded only with your consent and only to prepare your ritual.
Technical data: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics such as pages viewed and the country of the visit. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries and arrange consultations in our Maisons in Paris, Copenhagen and New York.
To send Letters from the lab — never more than twice a month — if you have subscribed. Every letter includes a one-click unsubscribe.
To improve the site and our formulas, using aggregated and anonymised information only.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for letters and consultation notes, on our legitimate interest to answer enquiries and keep the site secure, and on legal obligations where the law requires us to retain records.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies strictly needed for it to work and privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Retention & sharing
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, consultation notes for up to 36 months after your last visit, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
We share data only with service providers who host our site and send our emails, under contracts that meet the GDPR. Where data leaves the EU, we use the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@ondine.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
