About these terms
These terms govern your use of ondine.com and the services offered through it by Ondine Laboratoires SAS, 12 Quai de la Douane, 29200 Brest, France. By using the site you accept them.
Enquiries & orders
The site does not take payments. Formulas are sold in our Maisons, through selected stockists, or by private enquiry.
When you send an enquiry, a specialist replies within 24 hours with availability, price and delivery options. A sale is only concluded once you confirm in writing and payment is received.
Prices shown on the site are indicative, in US dollars, and include applicable taxes where stated.
Consultations
Consultations are complimentary, last about forty-five minutes and carry no obligation to buy. They are advice about skincare, not a medical diagnosis — for any skin condition, please see a dermatologist.
If you cannot attend, we are grateful for 24 hours’ notice so another client can take your place.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If a formula does not suit your skin, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will find an alternative or refund you.
Intellectual property
All text, photography, formulas, names and marks on this site belong to Ondine Laboratoires or its licensors. You may share links freely, but please ask before reproducing our content.
Liability
We take care that the information on this site is accurate, but it may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Before any dispute, please contact care@ondine.com — most things can be solved with a conversation. Otherwise the competent courts of Brest have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer to use the courts where you live or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
